Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring licensed attorneys who are:

Empathetic and client-centered

Strong communicators

Hardworking and self-motivated

Excited to build their litigation skills

Experience in employment law is a plus—but not required. What matters most is your drive, integrity, and commitment to fighting for people. At Spitz, we care more about passion and potential than GPA or class rank.

$65,000 - $85,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Discuss potential claims with new clients

Evaluate discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime claims, and wrongful termination cases

Handle the claims process

Negotiate settlements

Communicate daily with staff and managers to coordinate screenings and consultations

Draft notice of claims, EEOC charges, state charge forms, and other documents as necessary

Engage with EEOC investigators to present evidenceQualifications:

Must have Juris Doctorate

Must be currently licensed to practice law, awaiting Ohio bar results

Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to demonstrate empathy

Must possess the ability to multitask using advanced time management skills and demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize workAbout Company
