About the location:

TASKS

Has ability to provide valet service for residents and guests

Safely and properly operates a golf cart for transportation of residents and supplies.

Assist residents with luggage, transportation requirements, deliveries, parcels, wine deliveries, groceries, etc. following instructions as specified in the Residence Unit Admittance Forms

Provide information regarding residential and/or hotel/resort events, services and amenities

Assist residents transporting items to and from private storage if requested; ensuring “Pick up and Return” form is ready for resident’s signature

Assist in Residential Lobby service - answer telephones at the residences’ concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiums

Assist to maintain the cleanliness of all common areas including, exterior walkways

Reports deficiencies noted on common area floors, amenity spaces and in residential lobby to the appropriate staff

Responds properly in any emergency or safety situation.

Honors the resident/ guest confidentiality policy.

Perform any special projects deemed necessary by your direct supervisor/concierge or Residential Leader
