The Impact You'll Make
Are you ready to make a significant impact on how we plan and execute our supply chain operations? In this role, you will lead the end-to-end planning process - from demand forecasting to operational execution - ensuring that supply meets demand in the most cost-efficient and service-oriented way.
You will be the key connector between sales, marketing, operations, and suppliers, translating statistical forecasts and market signals into executable plans. Your work will be crucial for balancing cost, service, and inventory levels while enabling a seamless flow of goods across our global network.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop accurate, unconstrained demand forecasts using statistical data, market insights, and internal stakeholder input.
Disaggregate forecasts to material level within Anaplan, applying appropriate planning methods and hierarchies.
Translate demand plans into operational supply plans, including safety stocks and capacity constraints, and ensure timely integration with SAP HANA.
Lead pre-S&OP calls, align demand with production capacities, and drive corrective actions when supply-demand gaps aris
Monitor execution, follow up with internal teams and suppliers, and continuously improve planning processes and tools.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or similar — plus experience in demand/supply planning in a manufacturing environment (preferably multi-country).
Strong expertise in S&OP processes, statistical forecasting, and operational supply planning
Proficiency in Anaplan (or similar planning tools), SAP HANA, Excel, and PowerBI
A data-driven, analytical mindset combined with strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across operations, sales, finance, and supplier
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and driving continuous improvement
Fluent in Danish and English.

You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
