## Position Overview

**Position Title:** Purpose-Driven Content Creator Intern

**Duration:** 8-16 weeks (flexible based on student availability)

**Important Note:** All positions begin as volunteer participation for the first 30-45 days to determine close alignment with Voice Up's core principles: collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy. This assessment period ensures authentic fit before advancing to other participation tracks.

All intellectual property rights are maintained by interns.

**1. Volunteer Track**

Contribute your content creation talents on a flexible schedule while gaining valuable health communication experience and building your portfolio for future career opportunities in digital media and health advocacy.

**2. Academic Credit Track**

After demonstrating alignment with Voice Up principles during the initial volunteer period, earn credit through your university's internship program while developing professional content creation skills and creating materials that demonstrate the health benefits of purpose-driven living - we'll work with your institution to meet specific course requirements.

**3. Voice Up University Enrollment**

Following successful completion of the 30-45 day volunteer assessment period, selected candidates with strong content proposals may receive stipends of $350-$750 monthly through Voice Up University, requiring commitment to a 3-4 month specific content development project focused on health outcomes documentation.

- **Student Story Documentation:** Conduct interviews with Voice Up participants across our global network to capture their transformation journeys

- **Multi-Format Content Development:** Create blog posts, social media content, video scripts, podcast outlines, and visual storytelling materials

- **Impact Narrative Construction:** Transform individual student experiences into compelling stories that demonstrate the health benefits of purpose-driven living

- **Research Integration:** Weave scientific evidence (from our 80+ years of research foundation) into accessible, engaging content

### Digital Health Advocacy

- **Purpose-Health Connection Content:** Develop materials showing how students' purpose discovery improved their mental and physical health outcomes

- **Wellness Resource Creation:** Build content libraries connecting purpose work to specific health improvements (stress reduction, sleep quality, immune function)

- **Community Health Campaigns:** Design content strategies that encourage healthy lifestyle changes through purpose alignment

- **Evidence-Based Messaging:** Create content that demonstrates measurable health outcomes from Voice Up participation

## Application Process

High-performing interns may be invited to join Voice Up's Community Ambassador Program, with opportunities for Regional Champion roles requiring 15-20 hours monthly commitment.
