Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for profiling potential clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and managing existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and profile potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Prospect new business opportunities through various channels including networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and proposals to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT or SAP domain.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
