Job Qualifications:

Magister Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil/industrial/ Chemical Engineering

20 years of experience in related function ( Geothermal Industry)

Project Management Certification

Job Responsibilities:

Provides overall project management and direction to the PMC in supporting its role in the PMU. Assumes overall accountability and responsibility for the financial and technical performances of the Project Management Consultant.

Manage FEED, contract, DED implementation and technical specification for Dieng and Patuha Power Plant, SAGS and transmission interconnection to PLN terminal point. Manage and ensure implementation of Safety in Design (SID) and Technical Specifications.

Overall responsibility for the cost, schedule, safety, quality, risk management, engineering, construction and start-up until COD.

Manage, lead, direct and provide coaching on field construction best practices, Emergency Response Plan, Emergency Shutdown Testing, etc. Analyse and track competencies of project team and close competency gap.

Manage and lead day to day commercial and contractual issues, work together with GDE management to implement internal project control tools and provide detail report to GDE GM Project including project progress, cost, schedule, safety performance, QA and QC.
