Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred

Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Major Duties and Responsibilities

As a Groundskeeper and Maintenance Associate at Journey, you'll take pride in keeping our campus beautiful, safe, and inviting. This role focuses heavily on the care and presentation of our grounds: from mowing, edging, trimming, and tending flower beds to maintaining sidewalks, courtyards, and common outdoor areas in pristine, manicured condition. In the winter months, you will play a critical role in safety by plowing and clearing sidewalks around the clock. In addition to groundskeeping, you will also support light building maintenance needs, helping ensure our community is well care for both inside and out!
