Job Description
We are searching for a Call Center Representatives to join our growing team at Vaughn Automotive. This department consists of answering calls for all our dealership locations from one central call center, assisting customers with sales/service appointment scheduling, and following up with customers after their purchase to make sure that we have fulfilled their requests.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
Assist callers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system
Keep directory of location/telephone extensions for assignment personnel
Deliver incoming calls to the correct personnel/extentions
Update and maintain facility directory
Follow company policies and procedures while delivering top-tier customer support
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed
Meet performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate call center systems
Effective multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality
