In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and performing skilled specimen collections.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance and Short/Long-Term Disability401(k) PlanPaid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO)Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Stock Purchase Plan Casual, PRN, and Part-Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.Your Responsibilities As a Phlebotomist, you will:Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and moreAccurately enter patient information and process billingPrepare specimens for testing and maintain patient logsDeliver superior customer service to all patientsHandle administrative and clerical duties as neededWhat We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should have:A high school diploma or equivalentPhlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)Previous experience as a phlebotomist (preferred)A proven track record in providing exceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to work independently or as part of a teamReliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)Flexibility to work overtime as neededThe ability to pass a standardized color blindness testReady to Make a Difference?
