Assembler

Job Description Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the trailer assembly industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team.

As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and installation of trailer component parts and sub-assemblies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler Location: Cresco, IA Pay Range: Shift: 1st What's the Job?Perform line assembly operations involving the production and installation of trailer parts and sub-assemblies.Use air, power, and hand tools to drill, attach, and assemble components according to instructions, routings, and blueprints.Measure parts to specified tolerances to ensure quality standards are met.Deburr, grind, and buff parts to maintain product quality and appearance.Inspect all parts for cleanliness and flaws, completing nonconforming material reports if necessary.

What's Needed?Ability to accurately read a tape measure and operate basic hand tools.Capability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, drawings, and blueprints.Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.Credential requirements: 100051, 100006.High attention to safety and quality standards.
