In this high-volume, production-based environment, you will play a crucial role in clinical lab science.Work Schedule Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (with alternating weekends)Why Join Us?

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability401(k) PlanPaid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO)Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Stock Purchase Plan Casual, PRN, and Part-Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.Your Responsibilities As a Lab Assistant, you will:Receive and sort clinical lab specimensPrepare specimens for testing and analysisPerform data entry and scanning of specimen and patient informationEnsure lab equipment is functioning properly and conduct minor maintenanceTroubleshoot specimen-related issuesReplenish test bench supplies as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentComplete record logs and administrative duties as requestedFollow all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety and qualityWhat We’re Looking For Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious medical/lab or production experience is preferredComfortable handling biological specimensAbility to accurately identify specimensBasic computer knowledge and data entry skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitaskAbility to thrive in a fast-paced production environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to sit and/or stand for extended periodsMust pass a standardized color blindness testFlexibility to work overtime as needed To ensure the safety of our patients, this position requires successful completion of medical surveillance testing as part of the post-offer onboarding process.
