Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring quality specimen collection and exceptional patient service across multiple sites.Supervising staff performance and conducting training sessions.Managing schedules and promoting effective communication within the team.Performing hands-on phlebotomy duties and managing site inspections and inventory.Work Schedule Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with rotating Saturdays.Location Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Plantation, FL.Benefits That Matter We believe in taking care of our team!

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a phlebotomist (2 years preferred).Leadership experience is a plus.Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.Strong knowledge of phlebotomy duties and techniques.Exceptional customer service skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable).Flexibility to work overtime as needed.Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.Must be 21 years of age.Why Join Us?
