Job Description Located in Kohala, HISalary: $2920k per weekExpress Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical RN for a 13-week contract for an dynamic Hospital on Hawaii island.13 week contract 36 hours per week Overall hourly rate: $81.11Per diem eligibility: $2200.00Weekly Gross: $2920.00Shifts: Day and NOC, 12hrsThe Med-Surg RN will provide direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced, acute care setting.

This role involves managing a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic illnesses, or undergoing diagnostic procedures.Job duties:Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge care.Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.Nurse Qualifications: Current State of Hawaii RN LicenseMinimum 3 years of recent RN acute experience (within the past 24 months/2 years)Current CPR/BLS CertificationCurrent TB/2-Step TB/Chest X-Ray/QUANTIFERONFederal FingerPrintN95 Fit TestProof of vaccinations: MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID and FLUHow to Apply:Call or reply to this ad with your updated resume for immediate submission.
