Bookkeeper Accountant

Job Description

Accuratus Corporation a leading Technical Ceramic Component fabricator is indeed of a Head Bookkeeper to manage our Financial/accounting function.

The Head Bookeeper's responsibilities, includes but not limited to, the followings:

Responsibilities:

. Record and analyze all business transactions properly and timely. i.e. invoicing, account receivable, payable, payroll, journal entries, etc.,

- Prepares bank reconciliations, cash flow control, including receivable aging report, communicate with customers for late payment, etc.

-.communicate with Purchasing Dep't for dispute supplier invoice/payment, etc.

-Communicate with other Dep;t managers for matters need to be planned and problem to be solved.

-Acting representative to communicate Payroll and other H.R. issues with Accuratus engaged independent H.R. service. (for now, it is Paycheck Service)

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, or finance, or related fields,

- must have Ten (10) plus years bookkeeping practical experience,

- Professional verbal and written communication skills,

- Proficient skills in PC based softwares, i.e. Microsoft, M-90, Sage, etc.

This position reports to General Manager. It is a high visible position. .
