Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)

ASAP start for ongoing need

3 days per week - Mon-Wed preferred

No call

Adult population only

Approx. 12-16 ppd.

EMR Athena

Willing to consider new grads

Active MI license, DEA, ACLS and BLS

Clean background required
