Position: Sales Representative (German)
Location: Valencia, Spain

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with existing customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner (no cold calling)
Convert customer orders to in-house products where suitable
Identify and act on upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
Guide conversations toward additional sales to support business growth
Accurately process orders using internal order management systems
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Contribute ideas and feedback to support team and company development
Promote the role and encourage referrals to help grow the team
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Customer-focused with the ability to build trust quickly
Proactive, sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple orders, products, and tasks simultaneously
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
Eagerness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced, growing environment
