Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sourcing Consultant to join on a contract basis. This role will focus on evaluating and improving current sourcing processes, with an emphasis on driving stronger outcomes for high-volume and recurring roles. The ideal candidate will be a recruiting expert with a strong track record in accounting and finance hiring, capable of assessing strategies quickly, making actionable recommendations, and demonstrating best practices through hands-on sourcing.

Primary Responsibilities

Assess existing sourcing processes and provide expert recommendations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Develop a clear, comprehensive playbook to guide sourcers in daily activities and outreach strategies.

Work directly with sourcers to model effective sourcing practices and improve candidate engagement.

Help refine key performance indicators and ensure alignment with overall hiring goals.

Document sourcing strategies and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability beyond the contract.

Key Qualifications and Skills

Extensive experience in accounting and finance recruiting, with a proven ability to design and implement effective sourcing programs.

Strong background in training, mentoring, and improving the performance of other sourcers.

Strategic thinker with an understanding of evergreen recruiting challenges.

Skilled in navigating competitive talent markets.

Excellent communication, coaching, and process improvement skills.

Team and Reporting Structure

This role will collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team and provide direct guidance to two current sourcers. The consultant will also partner with recruitment business partners to ensure sourcing strategies align with broader hiring objectives.Company Description
