Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team in New Albany, OH. This position is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience—especially those familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)—to grow their skills in a pharmaceutical setting.

Pay Rate:
$18-22/hour, based on experience
Shift Schedule:
1st shift night shift, and Rotating 12-hour Shift 6AM-6PM/6PM-6AM available.
Must be available to work day or night shifts, including every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs)
Load components into manufacturing equipment and support line operations
Receive and prepare raw materials and components for production
Perform sanitation tasks to ensure a clean manufacturing environment
Accurately complete documentation, including batch records and inventory tracking
Understand and support Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics
Participate in daily shift performance meetings and continuous improvement activities
Report discrepancies or issues to Team Leader or Production Supervisor
Use pallet jacks and manually wrap pallets for staging or shipping
Operate computer systems to track inventory and production data
Work cross-functionally to support production goals and maintain line flow
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with at least 1 year of work or military experience,
OR
Associate’s Degree
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical environment
Reliable and able to follow directions precisely
Capable of standing for 12-hour shifts and lifting 5–25 pounds regularly
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with inventory or batch systems
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety
