Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Pay: $19–$20/hour

Contract: 6–12 Months Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated recent graduates eager to kickstart their careers in the financial services industry. As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting clients, learning industry best practices, and building a foundation for long-term growth. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide training and guidance to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with account-related inquiries and provide excellent customer support

Process and maintain accurate financial documentation

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns in a timely manner

Learn and apply financial services industry practices to daily operations

Develop professional skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving
