Job Summary:

The Client Data Protection - Account Services Associate Manager is responsible for establishing and managing Client Data Protection (CDP) processes across all client accounts. This role involves proactively updating the CDP plan, especially for high-risk contracts, and guiding delivery leads through opportunity mobilization. The coordinator will monitor the completion of CDP Risk Assessments and Quality Assurance Assessments, ensuring compliance with program controls.

Additionally, they will report status updates and escalate issues to senior leadership as necessary, while also supporting audit compliance and adherence to Roll-on/Roll-off and ACL processes.

Main Responsibilities:

The individual needs to drive below activities for the Account and support Account Information security lead to:

· Establish Client Data Protection (CDP) processes and coordinate CDP activities across all parts of the Client Account.

· Proactively manage and update the CDP plan to maintain it as a living document, paying special attention to CDP Plans for high-risk contracts.

· Mobilization: Follow-up and guide Delivery leads with steps to complete opportunity mobilization and acts as first level of support to address ad-hoc queries.

· Monitor timely completion of CDP Risk Assessments/Screening, Quality Assurance Assessments.

· Monitor each Control Owner’s execution of the CDP program controls and verify compliance

· Report status and escalate issues to Senior Leadership, as necessary.

· Ensure compliance to Roll-on/Roll-off and ACL process.

· Support Audit compliance

Job Requirements:

· Proven experience in managing data protection processes and plans.

· Experience with Cybersecurity Risk Management.

· Strong understanding of risk assessments and quality assurance in data protection.

· Ability to guide and support delivery teams effectively.

· Excellent communication and reporting skills.

· Experience in ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.
