Plant Manager

Company Overview We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our facility near Jessup, PA.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of 12 employees.

Position Summary The Plant Manager is responsible for plant operations, safety, quality, productivity, and cost management.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee production, maintenance, shipping, and receivingDevelop schedules and assign tasks to supervisorsMonitor plant performance and implement process improvementsChampion safety programs and OSHA complianceMentor supervisors and leads while fostering teamworkEnsure accurate data entry, reporting, and inventory controlManage plant costs to achieve and exceed goals QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field preferred5–10 years’ leadership experience in manufacturingFamiliar with ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, KaizenStrong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $80,000Bonus: Up to 20% annually (10% paid quarterly + 10% potential additional bonus)Schedule: Full-time, on-site role
