Building Operations & Maintenance
Supervise maintenance, security, and cleaning staff
Coordinate and oversee repairs and preventive maintenance
Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Ensure proper operation of fire prevention and security systems
Conduct routine building inspections and address findings
Respond to emergencies and implement emergency procedures
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
Implement and enforce building-wide safety policies
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, costs, and occupancy
Tenant & Stakeholder Relations
Serve as point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns
Maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, and vendors
Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders
Strategic Planning & Improvements
Develop and implement strategies for improving building operations
Recommend and oversee building upgrades and renovations
Collaborate with the board and other departments on long-term projectsQualifications:
Strong leadership and team management experience
Experience working in a high-rise building
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
Budgeting and financial reporting skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and take ownership of building performance
Certified Property Manager CPM OR PCAM, Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification, strongly preferred
