As a Senior Analyst – Finance, Government Sales, you will join the Sales Services (Finance) team to ensure the execution and compliance of key operational processes. Your mission will be to oversee and coordinate government client purchase orders, ensuring product availability nationwide.

️ What You’ll Do
Support and manage relationships with distributors in the decentralized government market, as well as direct sales processes to public sector entities.
Lead the commercial relationship with the LSP responsible for direct sales to government institutions.
Automate, improve, and simplify financial operational processes to drive efficiency and accelerate execution.
Oversee financial operations with third parties, including credit notes, invoicing, purchase orders, and delivery logistics.
Prepare and present government sales performance reports and specific case updates in internal forums (management and executive level).
Act as the main point of contact for commercial areas, including Marketing and Selling teams.
Lead and mentor an apprentice, fostering their professional development and contribution to the team.
Lead the financial KPIs for government and decentralized market performance.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field with a financial or commercial focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Power BI.
A proven track record of success in a previous role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across diverse teams.
Experience in designing KPI dashboards and implementing automated reporting tools.
Minimum two years of experience in a financial or commercial role.
(Desirable) Prior experience working in government or public sector sales.
