About the Opportunity

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and patient-focused colorectal surgeon to join our established group of four highly respected surgeons at AdventHealth Daytona Beach, a 362-bed, nationally recognized hospital serving Volusia County and the surrounding communities.

Position Highlights

Join a collaborative, collegial team of 4 experienced surgeons with a strong referral base in a growing market

Access to robotics, Da Vinci, outpatient surgery centers and a full spectrum of support services

The Daytona hospital is expanding and will open up a new 100 bed tower and 4 additional Operating Rooms in 2026

Medical Oncology, Infusion and Radiation available on site

Anesthesia support 24/7

Dedicated time in the OR, ambulatory surgical center and clinic

Will have APP support and cross coverage for inpatient and call with existing, experienced partners

Serve a diverse patient population in a thriving coastal community

AI Scribes built in to our EMR System

Qualifications

Board Certified/Eligible through:

American Board of Surgery

American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery

Active clinical practice in colorectal

Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).

DEA license (or ability to obtain).

Strong commitment to teamwork, patient-first care, and excellent communication skills.
