7 day blocks of continuous call coverage -- 24/7 schedule

Mix of general inpatient (90%) and critical care (10%) cases

Procedural skills required: PCI and STEMI call required

Additional preferred skills: TEE and nuclear/echo stress testing

One week orientation provided before assignment start

We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
