Position Description:
The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) is seeking a Night Shift Psychiatrist to join its Crisis Response Center (CRC) at the HUP Cedar Campus. HUP Cedar is a longstanding community-based and mission-driven hospital located in southwest Philadelphia. The CRC serves three populations of patients: those who self-refer for treatment, those who are brought in by police, and those who are referred from the emergency department (ED) at the HUP Cedar or HUP Spruce campuses.
CRC physicians collaborate frequently with physicians in the HUP Cedar and HUP Spruce EDs as well as Philadelphia Police.
