ABOUT THE ROLE

This role goes beyond traditional sales — you’ll be shaping market strategy, driving distribution excellence, and building strong dealer networks while ensuring customers experience dependable power solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead sales strategy and execution to expand market share across Nigeria.
• Strengthen dealer, distributor, and retail presence while unlocking new
markets (OEMs, fleets, emerging regions).
• Inspire and guide sales & service teams nationwide, building a performance-driven culture.
• Work closely with supply chain & logistics to ensure smooth product movement and availability.
• Influence pricing, promotions, and credit policies while keeping profitability in focus.
• Report performance and actionable insights directly to top management.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus) in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in Automotive Batteries, Aftermarket, Power Solutions, or similar fast-moving industries.
• Proven track record managing national or large-scale operations.
• Strong dealer/distributor management expertise and market understanding.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria.
