Job Description

Must hold a current Louisiana State License as a Physical Therapist and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the applicable State Licensing Board.

The physical therapist maintains informative, accurate, and timely documentation and records management and works collaboratively with all disciplines, adheres to the professional standards of practice guidelines and code of ethics as set forth by the state board of physical therapy.
