Pay

$18.00 – $18.50 per hour

Shift

Majority 1st Shift, but must be able to work 2nd and 3rd shift as well

Job Summary

This position is responsible for inspecting and reworking small parts to ensure 100% quality to the customer. Work involves hand inspection of small components (some as small as a quarter), scaling, and re-boxing.

Responsibilities

Perform all essential functions of the job across projects or rotations

Read and follow work instructions

Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area

Report problems or concerns to supervisor/manager

Use inspection, measuring, and test equipment as required

Complete required training classes

Provide accurate and complete information for each project

All other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications

Reliable transportation (not dependent on others for rides)

Willing to travel within a 1-hour radius of Grand Rapids (including Holland, Greenville, and Ionia)

Own steel toe shoes and safety glasses

Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift as assigned (majority 1st shift)

Available to work overtime and on short notice

Normal color and depth perception

Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs repetitively for the duration of shift

Ability to walk, stand, or sit for the duration of shift

Meet any other physical requirements of assigned project

Ability to work in different climates for the duration of shift

Must have a valid driver’s license

Ability to travel to customer facilities on short notice
