️ CNC Maintenance Technician – Multi-Craft (2nd Shift)
Location: Tanner, AL
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday – Friday

Join a cutting-edge automotive supplier facility as a CNC Maintenance Technician with multi-craft capabilities. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining and troubleshooting CNC equipment—primarily 3-axis machines—while supporting a range of advanced manufacturing systems including robotics, injection molding, and electrical infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (3-axis) and related equipment
Troubleshoot and repair Fanuc-controlled CNC systems and GE PLCs
Maintain injection mold machines with water flow heating/cooling and vacuum systems
Support robotic welding systems (Fanuc spinning robots)
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (480V–120V)
Execute electrical installations and mechanical repairs across the facility
Use voltmeters and interpret line diagrams to assess and resolve issues
Participate in Kaizen and 5S lean manufacturing initiatives
Occasionally assist with chillers, HVAC, dock doors, and overhead cranes Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of machine repair experience preferred
Strong background in CNC maintenance and Fanuc controls
Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical wiring
Experience with PLC troubleshooting (GE controls) and HMI interfaces
Familiarity with injection molding systems and heat transfer diagrams is a plus
Safety-minded with lockout/tagout procedures
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
General mechanical aptitude: gearboxes, motors, pumps, etc.
