14k volume; nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization

(11) 12-hour shifts; 1.6k hours per year

ABEM or ABFM with EM experience; loan repayment and a sign-on bonus

Additional compensation at 1.25x hourly rate for hours above and beyond annual requirement
