Our Neurology team at Altru Hospital is comprised of and known for:

350+ Altru physicians and advanced practice providers

1 Neurosurgeon

Subspecialties available: General Neurology, Pediatric Neurology

1 Neurosurgery APP

Call: Yes

Call schedule: 1:4

Type of call: in hospital

14 average patients/clinic day and 3-4 surgeries on OR days

Practice consists of

90% adult degenerative elective spine surgery

5% cranial

5% trauma

No vascular procedures

No epilepsy or movement disorder neurologists on staff

Equipment available: da Vinci XI

Voice dictation available: Yes, Dragon dictation

EMR: Epic

Requirements:

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurosurgery

Licensed MD/DO in ND and MN
