Title: Hematologist/Oncologist

Location: Rochester, NY

Practice Setting: Multispecialty Cancer Care, Academic + Community Hybrid

Volume: 4,500+ new cancer/blood disorder patients per year

Your Role

Join a dynamic and mission-driven Hematology/Oncology team dedicated to transforming cancer care across Western New York. Youll provide compassionate, personalized treatment to patients with cancer and blood disorders, while collaborating with a team that values innovation, teamwork, and whole-person care.

What Youll Do

Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions

Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and tumor boards

Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Surgeons, Pathologists, and Radiologists

Deliver care across Rochester Regional Healths 6 cancer centers

Contribute to quality improvement, CME, and evidence-based care initiatives

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology

Eligible for licensure in New York State

Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Interest in participating in program development or clinical innovation a plus
