Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation:$350,000 Earning Potential

Generous Performance Bonus: Based on patient encounters and unique patient visits

Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000

Professional Development: $3,000 per calendar year

Qualifications:

Degree:MD or DO

Certifications:Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine

Licensure:Active Oregon license or ability to obtain one
