The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (San Juan VA Medical Center) is seeking Board-Certified Hospitalists (Internal Medicine) to join our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Manage medical step-down units (in-person).

Cover hospital wards (less frequent) and lead rapid response teams 24/7.

10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (24-hour practice coverage).

Who Were Looking For:

Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine (required).

Experience in inpatient/acute care settings (preferred).

Fluent in Spanish (essential for patient care).

Strong teamwork & leadership skillsmust thrive in a teaching hospital environment.
