About the Opportunity
Abbeyville Family Medicine, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team.
Join a dynamic practice made up of 9 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
Collaborative care model that includes patient goal setting, care coordination, and referral assistance

Key Responsibilities
Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:
Evaluate and consult with patients to establish care plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Monitor lab results, medication adherence, and toxicity
Administer/prescribe treatments, therapies, and vaccines
Discuss procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plans with patients
Collaborate with nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
