Comprehensive Neonatal Care: Level IV NICU with up to 50 beds. Specializing in complex newborn conditions with access to all subspecialties except cardiac surgery
Robust Team and Support: Team of 5 Neonatologists, Pediatric Residents, and NNPs ensuring high-quality care and collaboration in a supportive environment
Advanced Resources and Expansion: Equipped with Point of Care Ultrasound with plans to develop a Neuro NICU and Small Baby Unit.
Additional Compensation: Ability to moonlight within the department for additional compensation
