Position Highlights:

Work-Life Balance:Flexible schedule based on your practice. Rotate between the clinic, the Main OR, and the Surgery Center with Fridays off.

Favorable Call Schedule:One weekend per month, and other physicians provide relief call

Culture & Support:Collaborative environment with APP support and PRN physician does all weekend rounding

Professional Growth Opportunities:Future opportunity to become the lead Urology physician

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation:Base salary $700,000 + wRVU bonus

Sign-On Bonus:$150,000

Relocation Assistance:$15,000

Professional Development:5 CME days & $4,000

Additional Benefits:Dues & Subscriptions Coverage - $1,600, Additional Call Pay

Qualifications:

Certifications:Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology

Licensure:Active Georgia license or ability to obtain one

Experience:Experience preferred, but open to new grads

Sponsorship:J1 eligible
