With a commitment to changing the way healthcare is delivered in the United States, a passion for health and wellness, and a dedication to excellence, our innovative, growing, multi-state company, WeCare tlc, has an opportunity for a Part Time Physician who has experience in Primary care/Family Medicine to act as a Collaborative Physician for our nurse practitioners. Our practice treats all ages, open M-F. This position will be on site 4-5 hours per week at our Central Noble location and will have collaboration duties.

Our health clinic does not bill insurance allowing for more time with patients!

Overview of role:

Comprehensive primary care services, including but not limited to:

Episodic Care (e.g., Diagnosis/Treatment of Colds, Flu, Dizziness, Nausea, Headaches, Rashes, Acute Injuries, Minor Surgical Procedures, etc.)

Chronic Condition Diagnosis/Management, Including Personalized Care Plan and Risk Reduction Plan (e.g., chronic disease)

Minor First-Aid (e.g., Bumps, Bruises, Cuts, Small Burns, Muscle Strains, etc.)

Personal Hygiene Issues

Order and interpret comprehensive laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic services

Minor in-office procedures

Willing to provide care in person and via telehealth when appropriate

Counseling for Stress-Related Issues

Targeted Total Lifestyle Counseling?

Pre-Employment Physical Exams, Medical Histories, Screenings?

Yearly Employment Physicals (DOT And NDOT)?

Random Drug Screenings (Urine And Breath Alcohol)

Care For Work-Related Injuries

Prescribing Physical Therapy for Occupational Injuries or Illnesses

Hepatitis And Tetanus Vaccination?

Audiometric Testing?

Spirometry Testing?

Respiratory Fit Testing

Assisting Client Departments with Review of Workers Compensation Claims

Assisting Clients with Injury Reduction Training Programs.

The physician may also have other clinical duties that advance WeCare tlcs mission and contribute to our organizational development.? We seek an individual that is bright, focused, self-motivated, friendly, organized, flexible, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly. Current knowledge of clinical practices required. Must have good judgment, excellent follow-up skills, a sense of urgency. ?

Must be a graduate from an accredited medical school. Have a state medical license in good standing. Experience in family medicine, preventive medicine, and/or occupational medicine. Board certification or eligibility. DOT Certification.?
