UX Researcher (MM)

Primary Skills: UX Research, Qualitative, Survey, Usability Testing

Duration: 12+ months contract (Possible extension)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Pay Range: GBP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience and comfort with running moderated and unmoderated studies.

Experience in research for user experience design for product development

Demonstrated proficiency in qualitative user research & analysis methods.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Detail oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Advanced degree in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or similar field emphasizing human performance and behavior.

3-5 years of experience in user experience research or related field

Knowledge of advanced statistics and expertise in large-scale survey analysis

Visual communications skills for research (e.g., graphs, charts and slides layout)

Able to prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to changing timelines.
