What this job involves
This position involves leading the integration of IFM programs across Latin America, optimizing and aligning key strategic programs to ensure programmatic excellence, methodological consistency, and contractual compliance. The role focuses on creating a cohesive, data-driven approach that maximizes synergies between programs, meets contractual obligations, and adds value to local IFM operations while positively influencing scorecard results and overall client satisfaction.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Lead strategic program management - Supervise Program Managers across Sustainability & Safety, Accessibility, Life Cycle Renewal, Employee Experience, Occupancy Planning, and Reliability Maintenance programs
• Develop integration strategies - Create and implement program optimization strategies to ensure successful execution and alignment with Microsoft's strategic objectives
• Monitor performance and compliance - Establish and track KPIs aligned with SOW requirements, manage budgets and resources, and ensure contractual compliance across multiple programs
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment - Maintain liaison with Governance Program teams, coordinate between Program Managers, and ensure regular contact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Manage stakeholder relationships - Serve as primary contact for Microsoft stakeholders, build relationships with IFM program managers, and collaborate with multifunctional teams
• Drive continuous improvement - Identify opportunities for efficiency and synergy between programs, implement best practices, and utilize data analytics for decision-making
• Provide reporting and analytics - Deliver regular performance reports to senior management, maintain program documentation inventory, and develop real-time performance monitoring dashboards
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in, Construction engineer, Maintenance engineer, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years facilities management experience with minimum 4 years in senior leadership role managing complex, multi-site portfolios
• Advanced IFM program expertise with proven competency in integrating and optimizing multiple IFM programs, performance metrics, and scorecard management
• Technical knowledge in hard services for Integrated Facility Management and deep understanding of Latin America construction and facility maintenance regulations
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (fluent level required for business communications)
• Data analytics and program management tools expertise with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to influence and align diverse teams across multiple countries
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and CMMS platforms
• Background in Microsoft or similar technology company environments
• Certification in project/program management (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent)
• Experience with sustainability and safety program management in corporate environments
