Position Overview

The Production Planning & Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the production planning processes and managing the fleet of vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods. This role involves coordinating with various departments to optimize production schedules and maintain efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.

Manage the fleet operations, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and compliant with regulations.

Coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to facilitate smooth operations.

Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools to improve production efficiency and inventory management.

Monitor production performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead a team of production planners and fleet personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience in production planning and fleet management.

Strong knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective leadership and team management abilities.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
