Job Title: Benefits Administrator

Location: Troy, MI (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $26–$29 per hour

Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable client in Troy, MI to find a skilled Benefits Administrator to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a hybrid work environment and competitive hourly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.

Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues.

Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., COBRA, HIPAA, ACA).

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits administration.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in benefits administration or HR support.

Strong understanding of benefits regulations and compliance.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
