Pay Rate: $20 – $26 Depending on experience in the field
Available Shifts: 1st Shift
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a busy manufacturing facility in Hopkinton, NH. This role is responsible for preparing, labeling, and processing outgoing shipments, as well as receiving and moving materials between departments and buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Wrap, package, and label parts for safe and accurate shipping
Create shipping labels using customer PO instructions (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
Process shipments in ERP system (e.g., Mie Trak) and close work orders
Handle freight shipments and print/edit Certificates of Conformance
Receive incoming materials and deliver to appropriate departments
Move items between buildings and scan packing slips into system
Label and prep parts for outside processing
Maintain clean, safe work practices and wear proper PPE
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
Basic computer and data entry skills (experience with ERP systems a plus)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
