Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative role in Burlington, NC! This is a fully on-site role. It is currently a contract role that is expected to last through the end of the year with potential to convert to a permanent role. In this role you will go through a comprehensive training program on specific products and services that they manufacture, to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary knowledge to provide customer service to clients! You will be fielding customer inquires, supporting sales team with quotes and orders, follow up on customer leads and lots of follow up!
Responsibilities:
Process customer inquiries/communications via email, phone, fax and social media.
Support the sales team to ensure customer quotes and orders are accurate and complete.
Help promote company products and services.
Attend regular customer service departmental meetings.
Coordinate and manage in house follow-ups on pending quotations, proposals and customer inquiries.
Follow-up on new customer leads as identified by management.
Aid independent reps by answering inquires, mailing literature and other materials they require.
Send literature to other customers as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
At least 2 years of B2B customer service in a manufacturing environment
Advanced MS Office skills - particularly Excel.
Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure.
Excellent organization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Highly self-motivated team player with a passion to succeed.
Strong self-management skills.
Takes ownership and pride in work.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
