Are you an experienced Program Manager passionate about driving enterprise-scale digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform?

A leading U.S. beverage distributor is investing heavily in its NOW platform as part of a broader digital acceleration strategy—and we’re seeking a Program Manager to lead this critical work.

Your Impact:

You’ll be accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex strategic programs, guiding agile teams and stakeholders across business and IT through planning, execution, and hypercare. This role combines technical program delivery, cross-functional leadership, and organizational change management.

What You’ll Do:

Lead multi-million-dollar, enterprise-wide initiatives

Coach and develop agile teams and Scrum Masters

Collaborate with executives and technical leaders to drive strategy

Identify and mitigate risks at the program level

Drive stakeholder alignment, program governance, and agile best practices

Launch and scale Agile Release Trains and champion delivery excellence

Your Background:

9+ years managing large-scale, complex IT programs

Proven experience in ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms

Executive presence, strong communication, and strategic mindset

Deep knowledge of Agile/SAFe practices and IT systems integration

Bonus: Experience with Six Sigma, LEAN, or DMS methodologies
