Your Role as a Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Provide daily support to unit leadership, promptly addressing resident and family needs within the nursing scope of practice.

Utilize nursing skills and judgment to prioritize and deliver quality direct resident care, ensuring safety and the highest standards of practice.

Administer standard nursing treatments and medications, while observing and documenting residents' responses.

Collaborate with the care team to revise and update the Nursing Care Plan based on findings, including lab results and resident concerns.

Oversee and evaluate the care delivered by CNA assignments, ensuring it meets resident needs and staff competency.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current New York license in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Passion for providing compassionate, clinically sound care.

A cooperative and enthusiastic spirit to foster an uplifting atmosphere for rehabilitation.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

A resilient mindset, capable of working under pressure while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
