Job Description

EFC International, a global leader in engineered fastener distribution, is seeking a strategic and experienced IT Applications Manager (SAP) to lead the optimization and performance of our SAP systems. This high-impact role is key to ensuring our business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with corporate objectives.About the Role:

The IT Applications Manager (SAP) will oversee the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP applications (including S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, HR) across the organization. You'll lead a dedicated team of SAP professionals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our systems support both operational and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of SAP systems-upgrades, configurations, and support

Partner with business units to align SAP capabilities with company objectives

Oversee system performance, security, compliance, and documentation

Manage and mentor a team of SAP specialists

Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration

Lead SAP-related projects from planning through execution

Provide technical leadership and second-line support for system issuesWhat You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or SAP certification a plus)

5-7 years of SAP experience with 3+ years in a leadership role

In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HR)

Strong background in SAP system enhancements, ABAP, and ERP integration

Demonstrated success in team leadership and project management
