Job Description

Our skilled nursing facility located in North Andover, MA is seeking an ADON Assistant Director of Nursing to fill a full-time position. You'll be responsible for assisting the DON in directing and supervising nursing staff members, while maintaining the highest degree of quality care.

We would like to speak with an ADON Assistant Director of Nursing who is organized and motivated. While you will be assisting the DON in planning, organizing, and directing, the ADON Assistant Director of Nursing must possess the ability to make independent decisions and judgments.

An active state RN license is required.

SNF/long-term care experience is required.
