Senior Project Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with consulting experience who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery (W-2 only; no recruiters or agencies, please) . You'll work directly with client stakeholders to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and lead complex initiatives from ideation through execution.

This is not just a coordination role - we're looking for someone who can help clients figure out what to do and how to get it done, navigating ambiguity, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring momentum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with client leadership to define strategic goals, priorities, and roadmaps

Lead end-to-end project delivery: scope definition, work planning, execution tracking, and risk management

Act as a thought partner to clients, facilitating workshops, gathering insights, and aligning stakeholders

Develop and manage project plans, status reporting, and governance routines

Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by translating high-level objectives into actionable tasks

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, and technology teams

Identify and resolve project issues and remove blockers to keep teams on track

Provide clear, professional communication to clients and internal leadership

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and continuous improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

6+ years of project management experience leading high profile projects in a consulting environment

Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to fine-tune communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders; able to drive clarity in ambiguous environments

Ability to take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic client environments with shifting priorities

Experience with project management tools

Familiarity with change management, process improvement, and/or operating model design

Previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
